Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary:

USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days

USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days

Potential Delays: In times of high order volumes, there may be slight delays. Should your order be significantly delayed, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses 

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. This number becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to their orders.

Damages is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

International Shipping Policy 

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the U.S.
